For a 30% downpayment, you get a 4% regular discount giving you a total of Php (B). All documents and post-dated checks submitted in 30 days from reservation gives you another 2% discount giving you a total contract price of Php (C). You initial 30% downpayment is Php (D). Less Reservation Fee of Php 20,000 (E) gives you a Net D/P of Php divided in 67 months for the West Tower (F) until turnover is your monthly payment for your D/P of only Php (L) until July 2018 with turnover date of October 2018 for the East Tower and the downpayment period of March 2019 with the turnover date of June 2019 for the West Tower as per sample computation above.

Should you decide to take the remaining 70% balance to the bank, you shall be provided an additional discount to your regular discount.

Should you also decide to pay your unit in full, an even bigger discount will be provided your worry free payment option.

Regarding closing fees, these are all government fees to facilitate your Condominium Certificate of Title from Documentary Stamps, Transfer Taxes, Registration Fees, EVAT, etc.  You have different payment options as well with this on Cash, Installment during the D/P period, Installment until end of your payment term or lump-sum at RFO (Ready for Occupancy) or at the turnover period next year.
